the CFO level in a growing organization. Completed the search process with three offers. One with a prominent investment banking
firm and a dramatic increase in income. The second with a hospital management company acquiring hospitals. The third
with a small, managed care company as their first CFO with less than $1 million in revenues. Steve chose the third offer
which was the lesser in terms of income compared to the first two but included 100,000 options at .09 cents a share.

company into a $400 million in revenue company and later sold it to a larger healthcare company. Initial length of search

resulted in two traditional CFO offers, and a third offer with one of the country's largest private equity firms. Rick
chose the opportunity with the PE firm because he would be managing eight companies and a multi million dollar income
potential to him. Length of search = 3 months. Over 3,000 contacts made. "This was actually my second
