R. Whitcomb Blakeley - Founder and principal of CMR, Whit has over 22 years experience in corporate outplacement
and executive career management, consulting to some of the largest organizations in the country. He has innovated some of
the services that are now industry standards, and continues to provide close support and highly-effective programs for organizations
such as: Siemens, BellSouth, Quebecor World, Schwann's, Krupp Polysius, Georgia-Pacific, Kimberly-Clark, Yamaha, Mitsubishi,
Hoshizaki, Comcast, Merrill Lynch and others. In addition, Whit is an active or former Board member of several corporations

Norma Manuel - Norma is the Managing
Consultant responsible for managing CM Resource’s satellite Career Resource Center(s) and providing transition counseling
and project management support to large project clients. Norma has considerable experience in the development and implementation
of advocacy programs in the areas of Public Health, Employment and Training, and Community Relations. Her client affiliations
include prominent federal, state and community organizations. A member of several professional organizations, Norma is committed
to our industry as a means of career fulfillment and personal growth. Norma continually receives the highest praise from clients
for her strong technical skills, knowledge of the career management process, and empathy and commitment to helping others.
Linda Baptiste –
As a Senior Consultant and experienced Human Resources professional, Linda brings to CMR a wealth of industry and functional
experience as an HR generalist with strong organizational development, recruiting, compliance and employee relations skills
gained with major corporations including IBM, A.T. Kearney Consultants, Ciba Geigy Corporation and CARE. Linda is particularly
effective working with large groups as a counselor and facilitator, and senior managers as a trainer and consultant.
Bruce MacDonald, SPHR - Project Consultant
- Bruce brings 20 + years experience in Human Resources management with major corporations including Molson's of Canada
and Quebecor World, the world's largest commercial printing company. Bruce works very closely with client Human Resources'
staffs and management on large CMR transition projects nationwide to ensure high quality, sensitive and rapid delivery of
services in one week, one month or one year projects involving tens or hundreds of employees in non-union and union production
environment. Bruce has been instrumental over the years in providing outplacement and transition consulting to CMR clients
in almost all-50 states, and in a variety of industries.
Sharita Robinson - Sharita is a Senior
Consultant who has 10 years of experience in human resources, operations, purchasing and marketing. Her recent work experience includes coaching corporations such as Siemens Dematic, Automatic Data Processing
(ADP), Atlanta Life Insurance Company and Hormel Foods. She is experienced with
the latest software technology, such as AIRS Recruiting and Targeted Selection, which she has used in various companies. Sharita graduated with a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration both from Indiana State University. She recently received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification from the Society of Human
Resource Management. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management
(SHRM), both nationally and locally. She is also a member of the National Association
of African Americans Human Resources (NAAAHR), formerly known as the Atlanta Human Resources Association (AHRA) organization
of Atlanta.
Olita Williams - The focus of
Olita’s work is centered around personal and professional development in the work place. She focuses on four major factors to do this, Responsibility, Commitment,
and Accountability, all squared off
with a great ATTITUDE! She uses the RCA2 © formula to help teams re-focus,
become more productive and create success in the workplace, which is a win-win for everyone. She
does this through quality Customer Service training with a focus on personal and professional development for change. Olita understands the value of business processes and how they must be in place for
a company to provide exceptional service. Her first hand experience as an IBM
Marketing Executive has given her a profound insight into the business transformation process and the value of people being
connected for change. Her experience and recognition in Total Quality Management
(TQM) with the Malcolm Baldrige Quality criteria drives her ideas on creating, developing, and continuous improvements for
sound business practices.
Laurine Erends - Chief Operating
Officer for CMR has a strong history of building and managing successful companies. Laurine is responsible for office
operations, finance, client support, project tracking and the managing of our Alpharetta and Buckhead offices. Laurine also
oversees our relationships with other independent career transition firms throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia and
the maintaining of our network and referrals. Laurine is originally from Holland and is multilingual.

the Southeast, utilizes an Associate Consultant staff of Human Resource professionals who have all served at a Director level
or higher with more that 15 years experience in major corporations. Each has received intensive training in the CMR individual
